QuantLine Systems ("QLS", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit quantline.io (the "Site") or use our Telegram Bot service.

We operate on a principle of Data Minimalism: we only collect what is strictly necessary to provide the Service.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We do not collect your real name, physical address, phone number, or email address unless you voluntarily provide them for support purposes.

2.1. Automatically Collected Data (Via Telegram Login)

When you log in using the Telegram Widget, we receive the following public data from Telegram:

• Telegram ID (Numeric): Used as your unique user identifier.
• Username: Used to display your profile.
• First Name: Used for interface personalization.
• Profile Picture: Used for the avatar display.

2.2. Payment Data

We DO NOT process or store your credit card information or crypto wallet private keys.

Payments are processed via third-party provider @CryptoBot.

We only receive a transaction confirmation (Invoice ID and Payment Status) to activate your subscription.

2.3. Technical Data

• Session Cookies: We use temporary cookies to keep you logged in to the Web Terminal.
• Server Logs: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) are collected for security and DDoS protection.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To verify your identity and grant access to the appropriate Subscription Tier (Free/Pro/Elite).
• Delivery: To send algorithmic signals and alerts to your specific Telegram ID.
• Security: To prevent account sharing and enforce our "One User - One Account" policy.
• Support: To respond to your inquiries via our Support Bot.

4. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

We interact with the following third-party services:

• Telegram: For authentication and message delivery.
• Google Gemini AI: We send market data (price, volume) to Google's AI for analysis. We DO NOT send your personal user data or trading history to Google.
• OKX: We pull public market data from OKX. Your data is not shared with the exchange.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your Telegram ID and Subscription status in our secure database (signals.db) for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your data, please contact support, and we will remove your record from our database, which will revoke your access to the Service.

6. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption, secure VPS environment) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
