TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the QuantLine Systems website (quantline.io), the QLS Web Terminal, or the QLS Telegram Bot (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE (NO FINANCIAL ADVICE)

2.1. Analytical Tool Only.

QuantLine Systems is strictly a data aggregation and analytics software provider. We provide mathematical calculations and AI-generated insights based on historical and real-time market data.

2.2. No Financial Advice.

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The "Signals," "Alerts," and "AI Insights" are hypothetical educational illustrations of algorithmic logic.

2.3. User Responsibility.

You acknowledge that trading cryptocurrencies involves an extreme risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. QuantLine Systems is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

3.1. Crypto-Native Payments.

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT/TON) via third-party providers (e.g., @CryptoBot).

3.2. No Refunds.

Due to the digital nature of the Service (immediate access to proprietary data and algorithms), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, prorated returns, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including but not limited to market volatility, service dissatisfaction, or user error.

3.3. Automatic Expiration.

Subscriptions are prepaid for a specific period (e.g., 30 days). Access will automatically terminate at the end of the period unless renewed.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA USE

4.1. License.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading analysis.

4.2. Restrictions.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share QuantLine signals or data with third parties.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or decompile the Service source code or algorithms.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

4.3. Violation.

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without refund and potential legal action.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

5.1. "As Is" Basis.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the data (sourced from third-party exchanges like OKX) is 100% accurate, timely, or uninterrupted.

5.2. AI Limitations.

The "AI Alpha Radar" utilizes Google Gemini 3 Pro technology. AI predictions are probabilistic and may hallucinate or produce incorrect patterns. You should never trade solely based on AI outputs.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantLine Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Service relies on third-party APIs (OKX, Google AI, Telegram). We are not responsible for service outages, bans, or data errors caused by these third-party providers.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the blockchain jurisdiction (Decentralized Web), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
